Medina County Convention and Visitors BureauNestled in Northeast Ohio, 31 miles southwest of Cleveland, Medina County offers features to fit everyone’s interest (festivals, shopping, outlets, history, antique, stone carving and a Christmas entertainment museum).

Castle Noel, the newest attraction, offers holiday window displays from Bloomingdales in New York, toys, photos, the Santa Squeeze (experience what Santa does when he goes down a chimney), Blizzard Vortex, collections of props and costumes from Christmas movies (the Grinch’s 16’ sleigh, Will Ferrell’s Elf costume, sweater worn by Tim Allen and soldiers from Santa Claus movies and so much more. End with a visit by Santa, then slide down the slide from “A Christmas Story”. Open year round on weekends and daily for Christmas in July week and the holiday season.

For golf enthusiasts, there are many challenging courses to try your swing on. Plan to spend several days playing different courses each day and enjoying our wonderful local restaurants.
