Gervasi Vineyard’s winery produces award-winning wines made from estate, domestic and imported grapes. The grapes are selected by the experienced wine team and all wines are bottled and cellared on premise. The Bistro, located in the historic barn built in 1823, is beautifully renovated and reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse that serves as a full service Bistro featuring rustic Italian fare. The extensive authentic Italian menu ingredients are seasonally hand-selected and grown by local farmers. In addition to the main dining room, private dining options are available in the Bistro: the Cantino Di Vino “cellar room”, Vetrina Di Vino “wine locker”, Barile “barrel” Room, and in the Balconatta “loft” lounge.

The Crush House (Winery, Wine Bar, & Eatery) menu includes a delicious variety of casual Italian fare perfect for a fun lunch, casual dinner or later night snack. The Crush House also has three private dining spacesfor intimate dining and social gatherings: Indoor Tower Room, Outdoor Tower Room, and Vineyard Room.
